Existing paint and timber condition need checking before new coatings go on. I’ll explain the preparation and any repairs that should come first.

From a house elevation to a shopfront, I’ll set out the surfaces included and how access will work during the job.

What happens if the weather changes?

Exterior work needs suitable conditions. I’ll keep you informed if the weather affects the plan and explain the next practical window for the work.

Can peeling paint just be painted over?

Loose coatings and the reason they failed need attention first. I’ll look at the surface and explain what preparation is needed.

Does the price include scaffolding?

Access is assessed for the particular job and set out in the proposal. The starting figure alone does not assume a scaffold arrangement.
