Can the work fit around opening hours?
Tell me the hours and any quieter periods. I’ll look at the work and let you know what schedule is practical before you commit.
What will the proposal cover?
The areas and surfaces, preparation, coating choices, access arrangements, price and the work included. Any changes are discussed and agreed before going ahead.
Can you look at an older commercial building?
Yes. Older surfaces may need a closer assessment before choosing coatings. Tell me what you know about the building and I’ll explain the next step.
