Kitchen ceiling repaint in Ynys
A marked ceiling prepared and repainted above a protected fitted kitchen.
The brief
The brief was to refresh the heavily marked ceiling over an existing fitted kitchen in Ynys. The units and worktops needed protection before the ceiling preparation and painting could begin.
What was done
- Protect the fitted kitchen and working area.
- Prepare the marked ceiling surface.
- Apply the ceiling coatings, with the first-coat stage shown below.
- Complete the white ceiling finish.

The marked ceiling was repainted to an even white finish. The kitchen fittings were protected while the work above them was carried out.
