What affects the final proposal?

Preparation, access, product choice and condition matter more than square metres alone.

  • Room size, ceiling height and surface area.
  • Surface condition, repairs, stains and previous coatings.
  • Amount of sanding, filling, priming and protection required.
  • Access, exterior exposure, weathering and scaffolding requirements.
  • Paint system, finish, colour changes and occupied-home sequencing.
